1. Sertifikat Kelayakan Pengolahan (Certificate Of “Good Manufacturing Practices”)
Sertifikat Kelayakan Pengolahan (SKP) is the official certificate which explains that the Fish Processing Unit (UPI) has met the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures). This certificate issued by General Director of Fisheries Products Marketing and Production (P2HP), Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Republic Indonesia.
Hazard and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a food industry quality certification organization and is the preferred quality certification in the international food industries. The reason we are motivated to be officially HACCP Certified is it is a requirement or pre-requisite to do business with large companies in the world. HACCP certification will open a lot of doors for our company and will give us access to a large oversea market.
PT SMB products comply with the highest quality standards. PT SMB is BRC certified in order to guarantee the quality of its products and processes and also operates in accordance with the HACCP system. In addition to the above regular internal quality audits are undertaken.
Before being marketed all products are evaluated by an internal QA department. Furthermore, all products are continually being monitored by an external QA department.
